OUT 30th Mini Graduation Ceremony on 21st January,2016

OUT 30th Mini Graduation Ceremony took place on 21st January,2016 at Kinondoni Centre grounds ,Biafra Kinondoni ,Dar es Salaam - Tanzania .

Among the awardees was the former and fourth President of the United republic of Tanzania, Hon.Dr. Jakaya Mrisho Kikwete.who was awarded a Doctor of letters  in International Cooperation and Development ( Honoris Causa ) and the 15th President of Chosun University ,Republic of South Korea  -Prof.Chae -Hung Suh who 
was awarded the Doctor of Science (Honoris Causa) of the Open University of Tanzania.
