examinations session will be available in your SARIS on 12.08.2013; this
will includes both non degree and undergraduate students as well as
postgraduate students under ODL mode of study.

Dear Students,

RE: DEADLINES FOR PAYMENT OF OUTSTANDING FEES AND SUBMISSION OF ERROR 

FREE DISSERTATIONS/THESIS

Once again, as we approach the graduation ceremony, I wish to remind you
of a few important deadlines. The 25th graduation ceremony will take place
on 25th October, 2013, at our permanent HQ in Bungo, Kibaha.

The Open University of Tanzania wishes to inform you of the following
deadlines:-
(i)        August, 31st 2013: The last day for payment of fees for prospective
graduands with outstanding debts.

(ii)        September 12, 2013: RPPC to approve the final list of prospective
graduands qualifying for award of postgraduate certificates, diploma and
degree.

(iii)        September 20, 2013: UGSC to approve the final list of prospective
graduands qualifying for award of certificates, diplomas and degree.

(iv)        September 30, 2013: The last day for submitting list of all
prospective graduands to Chairman of Senate, for the Senate meeting to be
held on 4th October, 2013.

Students are informed that any names coming after Senate has approved the
list of graduands on 4th October, 2013 will be considered for the 26th
graduation ceremony in 2014. We therefore urge all undergraduate and
postgraduate students, who qualify to graduate, to contact their
Faculties/Institutes to confirm their status.

We congratulate all those who have completed their studies and are ready
to graduate.  We remind all to ensure all outstanding fees are paid before
31st August, 2013; otherwise they will not be included in the final list
of graduands.
